What this portal collects

The portal may collect clinic account information, dentist or authorized submitter information, case/project names, internal clinic case references, requested services, tooth numbers, shade, remarks, signatures/authorization names, STL files, and workflow status history.

Do not submit patient identifiers

Clinics should not enter patient names, phone numbers, email addresses, dates of birth, home addresses, insurance numbers, or other patient-identifying details. Use the clinic’s own internal reference so your office can match the case privately.

STL files and case history

STL files and case records are used to process, review, approve, and archive dental lab work. Completed work is intended to remain available in Past Work for up to 12 months unless a different retention period is agreed in writing.

Account access

Clinic accounts are created and managed by Quality Dental Laboratory. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, sessions expire after eight hours, and password resets are completed by the clinic through a single-use link sent to its registered email.
