Portal purpose

The portal is provided for dental practices and authorized users to submit lab case details, share STL files, review updates, approve designs, and view completed work.

Clinic responsibility

Clinics are responsible for verifying case details before submission and before approving any updated STL file. Do not submit patient-identifying information through this portal.

Accounts and passwords

Clinic logins are issued by Quality Dental Laboratory. Users should keep credentials private and request a reset if access may have been shared or compromised.

Past Work retention

Completed cases may remain visible in Past Work for up to 12 months for reference, coordination, and recordkeeping. Older files may be removed as part of routine storage cleanup.

No payment processing

This portal does not process payments. Billing, payment terms, and account balances are handled separately by Quality Dental Laboratory.
